Understanding our shipping and return policies is important. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Enjoy Free Shipping Across Canada (some exceptions apply!)

We're delighted to offer free shipping nationwide on purchases over $100. Every Seiko watch sold from the1881.ca is shipped express and fully insured, by trusted couriers. 

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped and most orders arrive at their destination in 3-9 business days, although delivery may take longer to certain remote addresses.

For any concerns around delivery once an order has been marked as shipped, please contact the carrier noted in your shipping confirmation email directly, as they will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Our Exchange & Refund Promise

We love making sure you're thrilled with your purchase from the1881.ca! If you've bought a regular-priced item, you can opt for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery. A few important exceptions apply, which are listed below.

Keeping Things Pristine
To qualify for a return, your item must be just as it arrived - unaltered and pristine (important!). This includes keeping all links, seals, engravings, serial numbers intact, and absolutely no signs of wear. Also, ensure it's returned with its original box, warranty, and all accompanying paperwork.

Request Return Approval and Shipping Instructions
We will then send you detailed instructions of how to return and ship the watch back to us. Important to keep in mind that these packages are valuable, so please follow the instructions we send to you carefully.

Items not eligible for return
Certain purchases are final and can't be returned or exchanged. These include sale items, special orders and financed purchases.

A Few More Notes about Returns

Returning your watch doesn't automatically mean a refund or exchange; it's contingent on a condition review and your return meeting all policy requirements.
